Welcome to The White Dress Bridal. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online features, appointment-booking services, communications, and other services made available through our website.
Throughout these Terms, “The White Dress Bridal,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The White Dress Bridal.
By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, making a purchase through the website, submitting information, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms as well as any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or online services.
1. About Our Website
The White Dress Bridal operates bridal boutiques in Portland and Beaverton, Oregon.
Our website is designed to provide information about our boutiques, bridal gowns, designers, accessories, appointments, events, promotions, and other products and services.
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue website features, services, products, appointment types, or other offerings at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the safety or experience of our customers or team, subject to applicable law.
2. Website Information & Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current. However, bridal inventory, designer collections, pricing, availability, sizing, colors, production timelines, promotions, appointment availability, and other information can change frequently.
We do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information at any time.
If information on our website differs from information provided in a signed purchase agreement or other transaction-specific document, the applicable signed agreement will control.
3. Bridal Gowns, Accessories & Product Availability
Our website may display bridal gowns, accessories, designers, and other merchandise available through The White Dress Bridal.
Website listings are intended to provide an overview of our collections and do not guarantee that a particular gown or accessory:
- Is currently available in-store
- Is available at both boutique locations
- Is available to try on in a particular size or color
- Is still available from the designer
- Is available for special order
- Will be available on the date of your appointment
Our inventory and designer collections change regularly.
If you are interested in trying on a specific gown or style, we encourage you to contact our team before your appointment so we can confirm its current availability and location.
4. Colors, Images & Product Representation
We make reasonable efforts to represent our gowns, accessories, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and other products accurately online.
However, colors and product details may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, device displays, and other factors.
Website images are therefore intended as a visual reference and may not perfectly represent the appearance of a product in person.
5. Pricing
Prices for gowns, accessories, appointments, services, events, shipping, rush orders, and other offerings are subject to change.
While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, typographical errors or outdated pricing may occasionally appear on the website.
If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it and provide the accurate price before completing the applicable transaction.
Promotional pricing and discounts may be available for limited periods and may be subject to additional terms and exclusions.
6. Appointment Booking
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked for the appropriate boutique location.
When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, contact information, wedding date, and any other information reasonably requested to prepare for your appointment.
Appointment types, durations, availability, guest limits, pricing, and included services may vary by location.
Some appointment types or special experiences may require advance payment.
An appointment is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation through our booking system or directly from The White Dress Bridal.
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and appointments that are missed without notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation or no-show fee.
By providing a payment method in connection with an appointment, you authorize The White Dress Bridal and its payment or booking providers to process applicable fees in accordance with the cancellation policy disclosed when your appointment is booked.
Certain private experiences, special events, promotional appointments, or other appointment types may have separate cancellation or refund policies. Those terms will be disclosed at the time of booking and will control for that appointment.
8. Late Arrivals
We carefully schedule appointments so each customer receives dedicated time with their stylist.
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment.
Customers arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to reschedule or may have their appointment canceled so that we do not disrupt appointments scheduled afterward.
9. Private & Paid Appointment Experiences
Certain appointment experiences may require a fee or advance payment.
The price, duration, inclusions, guest limits, cancellation requirements, refund terms, and other conditions applicable to a paid experience will be disclosed when the appointment is booked.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of booking, an appointment or experience fee should not be assumed to be a credit toward merchandise.
10. Special Orders
Many bridal gowns and accessories are specially ordered for an individual customer.
Designer availability, production schedules, shipping estimates, color options, sizing, rush availability, and other order details are determined in part by the applicable designer or manufacturer and may change.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The White Dress Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including designer production delays, carrier delays, supply-chain interruptions, severe weather, customs issues, natural disasters, or similar events.
Your specific purchase may be governed by a separate sales agreement. That agreement will control regarding deposits, balances, cancellations, returns, exchanges, sizing, delivery, pickup, alterations, and other purchase-specific terms.
11. Bridal Sizing & Alterations
Bridal gown sizing is different from everyday clothing sizing and varies by designer.
Measurements and size recommendations are used to help determine an appropriate size to order but do not guarantee a perfect fit.
Alterations are common and should generally be expected with bridal gowns.
Unless expressly included in your purchase agreement, alteration services and alteration costs are separate from the purchase price.
